A holistic approach to body, mind, and spirit.
Holos practices integrate ancient embodiment with modern science — daily classes, ceremony, breathwork, and sound — held inside a sacred container shaped by the land itself.
A normal day at Holos runs to a quiet rhythm. Sunrise yoga in the Air Temple — bamboo, sky, mountain wind. Mid-morning movement or a walk to one of the waterfalls. A long unhurried lunch from the garden. Afternoons softened by the river, or by a class on breath or somatic practice. Evenings around the fire, or the sound bath, or a long talk that runs past midnight.
None of it is mandatory. The schedule is a generous invitation, not a demand. People take what they need and leave the rest, and over a week the body lets you know what is working.
We collaborate with facilitators who have been doing this work for a long time — teachers of yoga, breathwork, somatic therapy, psychedelic integration, sound, and ceremony. Many return season after season. The container is steady; the offerings change.

The temples
The Sun Temple, the Air Temple, the bamboo circle — purpose-built containers for the practices that hold them. The architecture of the land is part of the curriculum.

Our daily rhythm runs from sunrise yoga in the Air Temple through afternoon waterfall journeys, ending around fire and song. Stay a night, a week, or a season.
